In 1993, Barneys New York bought his collection of pots, and five years later, he opened his first store in Soho. Today, the brand, synonymous with modern American glamour, is a design company with retail locations worldwide, striving to create luxe and lovable interiors that are seriously designed, but don’t take themselves too seriously.
