Sample Service Terms & Conditions:
- A Sample Service Set costs R490 and contains five unique samples as composed by the customer. It is not possible to order multiple samples of the same fragrance.
- Once you have completed your checkout, a voucher to the value of R250 will be emailed to you, for redemption on any full-size product of your choice.
- You can redeem the voucher within one year of receiving it. After one year, the voucher code expires.
- The voucher can only be redeemed online.
- Your voucher cannot be used to purchase another Sample Service Box, it can only be redeemed against a full size product.
- Only one Sample Service Box can be purchased per order.
- We do our best to provide up-to-date information on the availability of our Samples. Fragrances that are available for the Sample Service will have a button on the product page, whereby you can click to add your sample to your box. Should the sample not be available, the button to add to your box will not be visible.
- It may also happen unexpectedly that one of the samples from the set you bought is not available at the time of your order placement. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
- Creating your own Sample Set is only possible via our online Skins Boutique. This service is not available in stores.
- The customer has the choice of door-to-door delivery or store pick up when placing an order for a Sample Service Box.
- Each vial is filled with precisely 1.5ml of liquid. When the lids of the vials are sealed, some liquid is pulled up into the spray tube, which may make the vial appear lower than the 1.5ml mark.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted on Sample Service Boxes.
