- Dab the applicator onto the pressed powder, then lightly press onto the back of the hand to remove excess.
- Gently press puff onto skin using a pat-and-roll motion
- Around the eyes, use Secret Brightening Powder For Under Eyes
- As with all setting powders, apply after any creamy formulas, including cream blush.
