According to legend, a sultan paid tribute to his beloved daughter Nélya with the most beautiful rose on earth. Brought to him from Turkey by a shepherd, the rose embodied all of Nélya’s perfections: grace, radiance, generosity, passion. In gratitude, the sultan enrobed the shepherd in gold, and gave the rose his daughter’s name. Years later, this fragrance was born.
