1. Is the Discovery Box unisex?
While some fragrances may lean more masculine or feminine, all can be worn and enjoyed by any gender.

2. Will the Discovery Box be restocked?
No. These are limited-edition boxes. Once sold out online, you may still find them in select Skins stores – but once all stock is depleted, they won’t be restocked.

3. Does the box include full-size products?
The Fragrance Experience Box contains luxury samples and miniature products, ranging from 5ml - 15ml in size.

4. Can I customise or exchange items in the box?
Unfortunately not. The Fragrance Experience Box selection has been pre-curated by our Skins Team. Scents cannot be swapped, customized, or exchanged for other products.

5. Is gift wrapping available?
No additional gift wrapping is available for this product – it already comes beautifully packaged in a signature Skins box. You may however include a gift note that we will package alongside the box for delivery.

6. Can I return the box after opening it?
Once opened, the Fragrance Experience Box is not eligible for return or exchange.
